If, despite best efforts, our product is not able to provide the desired outcome in treating your cat's FIP infection, and the vials remain unopened and unused, we offer a refund for the value of those vials.  We believe our Return Guarantee offers fairness and transparency in our commitment to your satisfaction.

 

Please note that a nominal processing fee of €25 will be charged to cover labor, materials, and shipping costs associated with your order. Kindly bear in mind that we are unable to refund any payment processing fees which are charge by payment gatway providers.  You are responsible for bearing the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Returns requests must be made within 30 days of the ordering date. After we have received the returned vials at our shipping centres and verified that they are in resale condition, we will process your refund via your original payment method within 48 hours.
